I’ve been lead by ambition and an idea of success that has, in this culture, grown as something completely isolated from the home life.
Between my last post and this one, I had created and then revamped, a routine that “maximized” my freetime by slotting it for work. For instance, while breastfeeding I was to be researching shops to which it made sense to pitch.
I’ve decided that there is a way to have a successful business and be a present, engaged Stay at Home Mom. Success, as it has been measured in this patriarchal society, is stifling. I’ve decided success is something better than that.
I’ll let you know the details as they come to me.
